Liz Wood
Massage Therapist
Liz graduated from the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge in 2003 and am Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She’s certified in pre-natal massage, hot-stone massage and Reiki. Each massage session is tailored to suit a client’s needs. Among the techniques used are deep tissue, relaxation, injury work, sports massage, trigger point and Reiki.
Each session is designed to reduce muscle tension and promote physical health and well-being. All sessions are customized and therapeutic.
