Yoga, Meditation, & More

Restorative Yoga
Release mind-body tension and bring the nervous system into a state of healing. Usually focuses on five or six passive poses using various props that enhance you to relax and release while holding poses for up to 5 mins.

Ideal for beginners because the movements don't require a lot of experience or flexibility.

Vin/Yin Yoga
Vin/Yin is a combination of Vinyasa yoga and Yin yoga.

Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” These yoga poses are energizing, calms the mind, builds strength, improves flexibility and cardiovascular health, relieves stress.

Yin Yoga poses are held at a longer time than a regular yoga class. This is to improve range of motion, and flexibility by hydrating tissues and joints. Combine your daily practice with Vinyasa and Yin for a yin/yang type of class. Keeping you balanced all day long….

Slow Flow Yoga
This class begins with stretching and warm up along with core work to prepare our muscles for poses and balance. Not a traditional flow class, as poses are held a bit longer for strength and meditation throughout the class, although there is some flow (one breath, one movement) weaved into the class. The pace of the class allows time for modifications and reflection.
Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle and effective yoga practice designed specifically for individuals with joint limitations. Whether you're recovering from an injury or dealing with chronic pain, our chair yoga classes provide a safe and supportive environment for you to improve flexibility, strength, and overall well-being.

Intro to Mindfulness

Discover the power of present-moment awareness and cultivate a deeper connection between mind, body, and soul. Join our inclusive community and embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.

Mindfulness Meditation for Self Care

In this class, we will practice our awareness into our bodies and become conscious of our "stories" so that we can detach from the story and live in the present moment.

Tai Chi

Experience mindful movement and find your inner peace through this ancient practice.  Tai Chi promotes physical wellness, increased flexibility, emotional well-being, and stress management. Let us guide you on the path to a clearer mind and body. 

Pilates
Pilates is low-impact workout with controlled movement exercises that improve core strength, balance, flexibility and mobility.

Lengthen and strengthen your whole body with a combination of beginner and intermediate exercises from the classical mat repertoire. At times, small balls or foam rollers may be used to add an extra dimension and enhance body awareness.

Class is designed to accommodate all levels - whether you're hoping to learn the ropes, looking for a cross training opportunity or wanting to take your existing practice to the next level.  Bring a mat if possible and wear socks or go barefoot...
