Ayurveda is the oldest and most well-documented system of holistic health in the world. It has been continuously practiced and developed for over 5,000 years in India, and is based on the ancient Vedic knowledge systems that also gave birth to Yoga.

Ayurveda and Yoga are sister sciences that work together to help you achieve optimal health, happiness, and harmony. Ayurveda is based on the principle that every individual has a unique constitution, and that by understanding your own nature, you can tailor your diet and lifestyle, to address many common health risks. Additionally, Ayurveda offers a treasure trove of herbs, formulations, and treatments to support each individual’s wellbeing.

In this workshop, you will learn the basics of Ayurveda, such as the five elements, the three doshas, and the six tastes. You will also discover how to identify your own constitution and balance your doshas through simple and practical tips.
