Yin Yoga

Zumba®
This is a fitness class that fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program.
Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba® uses a variety of styles in its routines, including but not limited to cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, mambo, bachata, flamenco, and hip-hop. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined with resistance training to tone and sculpt your body.
Zumba® is often promoted as a dance party; the type of exercise you’ll want to do every day 🙂

Pilates Mat
Pilates is low-impact workout with controlled movement exercises that improve core strength, balance, flexibility and mobility.
Lengthen and strengthen your whole body with a combination of beginner and intermediate exercises from the classical mat repertoire. At times, small balls or foam rollers may be used to add an extra dimension and enhance body awareness.
Class is designed to accommodate all levels - whether you're hoping to learn the ropes, looking for a cross training opportunity or wanting to take your existing practice to the next level. Bring a mat if possible and wear socks or go barefoot...
